Chapter 2

As I woke up around 9AM, nursing assistant (Fariya) came to ask how I am feeling. I said in a broken voice that I was feeling weak. She brought some water and called the kitchen to bring my morning breakfast which arrived 15 minutes later. She fed me the porridge and half bread tossed with butter spread and tea. Soon after the breakfast, I slept again. I was woke up by Fariya at 10:00AM when the main surgeon came to check on me. He asked me to gett up but I couldn’t due to weakness. He was a bit surprised asking me what happened, I informed him that I’m feeling dizzy. He checked my pulse and called the on duty anesthesia staff. They came and diagnosed that I was still drowsy under the unexepctedly prolonged effect of anesthesia. They checked that what medicines were given to me after the surgery until this morning but they did not find anything abnormal as the system and records showed that only pain killers and other medicines to curb the swelling and were administered without any physical trace of those compounds given to me by Tania, Meerub and Sabeen multiple times. The main surgeon and anesthesia team went a bit away and discussed on what could have gone wrong and what should be the next course of action. They came back asking me who is my family arrendant so they can discuss with them as well. I told them that I’m on my own travelled alone from Dubai where I was based due to my corporate responsibilities and my family is based in Sydney. They asked why you did not bring anyone along. I said that I was not expecting this surgery to be complicated and even was expecting to discharged on the same day of surgery as shared with me before during a preoperative appointment. Surgeon told me that it was not possible due to hernias, although too small i.e. 10 to 15 mm on both groin sides, were repaired and they wanted to keep me under observation for a day at least. I asked them if they will discharge me today. They told me it still seems impossible due to my unexpectedly groggy and dizzing condition. I requested them to discharge me so that I cam move to some hotel. They smiled at me saying the private room suite you are being held is already having similar facilities as provided by any five star hotel in the city and the room is equipped with the right infrastructure and their professional humanised care. Therefore. It is better to stay one more night. I became worried listening upon it but couldn’t protest much except that I’m feeling too week. Therefore, they instructed Fariya to give me some glucose and multivitamin like stuff through my IV line. They all left after that leaving Fariya to arrange for the required items to be administered, 20 minutes later, she injected all those medicines through my IV line in the form of injections and slow drippings. I went asleep soon after and was awaken by Fariya at 1PM. My weakness had subsided but I was still feeling sleepy but she fed me some lunch comprising of kitchdi, yogurt and a few pieces of papaya. I also felt an urge to go to the washroom. Faria helped me but this time it was clean as she helped me sit on the toilet seat and went back waiting for me outside. After I was done, she helped me with cleaning my face and gave me some tooth brush and paste which I couldn’t do much. So she herself brushed my teeth helping me rinse my mouth. She then helped me getting back to my bed where I got asleep soon. I woke up again around 4PM to see that Tabassum, another nursing assistant has taken over the charge from Faariya. She greeted me and informed me that she will stay with me until 10PM. Surorisingly, Meerub and Sabeen were already there talking to Tabassum who was innocently informing them of my condition and the instructions from the day shift doctors and surgeon (as that info was already passed to her from Fariya) to keep me energised by proper meals, glucose and multivitamin and nearrobin. They nodded in affirnation but they looked nervous. I called Tabassum to bring shift supervisor because I wanted to speak with him. Sabeen informed me that the male supervisor is off duty today due to his urgent commitment and a female night shift supervisor will take over earlier in the afternoon. Tbassum then fed me with left over yoghurt from the lunch. Sabeen lied to Tabassum that patient should be given the last meal of the day by 5PM and should rest enough without any disturbance Believing in her, Tabassum ordered the food from the kitchen and fed me with that early dinner comprising of roti and chicken curry. She also helped me get out of the bed and made me walk in the wider and longer area of the room suite as instructed by the day shift doctor to keep my blood circulation going on without any muscle stiffness. Sabeen also held me from the other side during the walk whereas Meerub was busy scrolling in her phone. I was feeling bit relaxed during the walk and thanked Tabassum who was silent but looking at my physique with innocence and curiosity. I asked her if she can stay tonight. She replied that she would happily do that but she will be feeling tired after an 8 hours shift ending at 10PM therefore, she will have to go and sleep. I asked her if she can sleep somewhere here in the room on a sethi lying on the other side, thinking that Sabeen and Meerub won’t be able to carry out another encounter like the previous night in her presence. To my surprise, Sabeen and Meerub also insisted Tabassum to stay in the room overnight which she agreed. Around 5:00PM, there was a knock on the door and the female night shift supervisor (Noreen) came in. She greeted me with smile and seemed to be an elegant and sober lady at first which sadly proved to be wrong later which also became evident from why she came so earlier. Suddenly, the door opened again Fariya (morning shift nurse) also came in with a big plastic jug full of some tonic or juice which she placed on the meal table. Apart from me only Tabssum was surprised on these latest developments. She asked what is inside the jug she brought. Fariya said Tania called her to bring it here. Its like a herbal recipe for Mr Ali with a mischievous smile. Sabeen and Noreen took Tabassum to the side and talked to her. They were also trying to convince her to be part of what they were upto and planned for the evening and night. She was scared of getting caught and fired and also expected my retaliation. Sabeen calmed her down saying “ is halat main ye kuch bhi nahin ker sakta aur abhi Jo hum isay tonic dain gay us ka asar late night tak hi khatam ho paega. Noreen further added “ aaj saturday hai aur private wing main aur koi patient bhi nahin tou building ki main entrance pay sirf 2 guards hain aur main nay aik staff boy ko shaam aur raat ki duty main apnay office main rakkha hai Jo look after karega k koi is taraf na aaey”. Tabassum got calmed down listening to this saying “ tum logo nay pakka interzam kiya hua hai, ab tou meri bhi bhi excitment barh gai hai, lekin main abhi Virgin hoon, mujhay buhut Dar lag raha, main nay abhi tak oral sex kay ilawa kuch nahin kiya.” Faariya said she did it once but did not enjoy due to the wrong guy who knew nothing much”. Sabeen and Noreen replied “Koi beat nahin, hum sab sikha dayn gay” they all laughed. Then Meerub called Tania telling her about the whole episode of the morning and doctors suspicion over my condition. She was busy in the nearby girls hostel and told that she will join after finshing with her chores. Noreen called the office boy to strictly remain inside the office and do not allow anyone to enter into the corridors moving towards the patient’s private room suites and he must immediately inform her of anyone looking for her or Sabeen. Upon asking, she lied that she is in another room and Tania will come soon as, being general surgery assistant, doctors have advised her to remain with me in the evening and in the night along with Sabeen and then terminated the call. Around 6PM, Tania also came in. She brought some stuff with her to inject me but Faria told her about the tonic on which Tania still insisted to sedate me with some medication through IV line. Meerub responded on it saying that she has already done it so they can further rely on the tonic which Faria brought. I did not realise that Meerub has been standing along my bedside for a while with some injection. Which she had already emptied in my IV line. I felt helpless due to sedation and energised at the same time due to multiple doses of glucose, multivitamins and meals fed to me. Then Tania filled a syringe and came to my bed, lowered my trouser and injected it into the base of my penis like they did last night. They asked Fariya about the tonic she brought. She explained that coupled with sedating medication and localized numbness through injection, it will be enough for him to keep him aroused and sedated at the same time and it will enable him easily withstand at least 8 to 9 ejaculations until very late in the night provided numbing is worn, else he will not ejaculate even a single drop. All of it will be worn off after approximately 10 hours. Sabeen announced quickly that its slready 6:30pm and they had only until 2AM. But Faria informed that there is a risk that he will become too weak after all of it and may not be able to be discharged tomorrow even. All of them laughed and Tania said we will administer him with enough of vitamins and glucose and will feed him with a late night breakfast/ snacks and then the doctors will decide in the day. Let’s hurry up and get up to the business. They quickly gathered around my bed. Fariya brought the tonic jug with her and tried feeding me with it directly which I couldn’t. Sabeen took the jug from her and poured the tonic inside a glass and fed me quickly. They all came and fed me with a glass one by one. I felt an intense urge to pee but I did not say anything but they realised it after I moved my hands to my crotch. Fariya said we should make him pee first before he achieves long lasting erection. Saying it Fariya came to the bed side, opened my trouser and Tabassum, pull it off after picking it up from its very end on my ankle. Meerub and Sabeen rolled me on my side and Tania opened the my gown from the back side. Noreen also put her share in it by pulling my gown from my left hand and Sabeen remove it from my right hand. Meerub then pulled it off completely. They checked for my fresh trouser and gown which laundry staff already left in evening. Then they threw my gown and trouser which they had just removed to a corner in the room. They took me to the bathroom and sat me on the toilet. I started peeing like it’s never ending. After a while it stopped. Sabeen moved to wash me but Fariya stopped her to wait for the second void and put the shower on. After some time, Its voice made me pee again by which I felt much relaxed. Sabeen washed me, dried myself and wrapped some blue sheeting like drapes over my incisions. Fariya informed that it’s not required anymore as the doctor has already checked it for the wounds which has already sealed and they only need to be careful enough on not to apply any jerk in that area.They then removed it. After that they put me back to my bed. They switched on the LED TV to mask what was about to happen, dimmed the rooms lights and increased AC temperature from 22 to 26 degree. But Tania argued to reduce it to 24 as there would be enough heat in the room soon after. They all laughed and Tabassum reduced it to 24. To look peofessional, they all were in doctors and nurses gowns which they removed quickly. Tania wore green tight Qameez and choridar pajama. Sabeen wore a long style yellow kurti and grey jeans. Meerub tonight was also in the traditional attire of light pink shalwar Qameez. Tabassum wore an elegant black colour Qameez and fitted cotton/ lawn trouser. She was the only one wearing a matching but white printed duppata. Fariya wore a black t-shirt with blue Jeans and Noreen wore a cyan colour Shalwar Qameez They all quickly sat on the sofa and sethi and also on my bed and removed their shoes along with all of their accessories leaving them only with their clothes, hair clips/ bands. They put all of the removed stuff to some small dinning table at the far end corner of the room. Taniya took Tabassum and took her to the sethi. Sabeen took Fariya and moved to my bed Meerub took Noreen and they both went to the sofa. Due to Sabeen and Fariya sitting on my bed, the other ladies could not see whether I’m looking at them. They all demanded and then agreed with Sabeen and Fariya to move me to a place where all of them can see me and keep me aroused by being in my visual range. They hurriedly put the broad reclining and comfortable chair in an appropriate place around the center of the room and made me sit or half lying over it. The views of sofa, bed and sethi were unobstructed and none of them were more that 5 to 6 feet away from me. Today, they all wore the fragrance and deodorants which was emitting from clothes or inside. Tania and Tabassum started kissing, hugging, cuddling, and squeezing each other while sitting on the Sethi. Noreen and Meerub followed with the same passion while sitting on sofa. Sabeen and Fariiya sat on the bed where Fariya was actually sitting in Sabeen’s lap They both were vigorously active in the similar act. Tabassum was a bit shy but Tania’s touch made her comfortable.
