I’m Ali, a 45 years old guy from Karachi. I am 180 cm tall weighing 77 kg, fair wheatish complexion with sharp features and atheletic built anatomical structure - thanks to my obsession with fitness workout, balnced diet and healthy activities. Today, I going to share my encounter with three completely stranger ladies whom interactec with me unilaterally at a hospital’s private inpatient room ... Approximately 6 months ago, I was clinically diagnosed with bilateral inguinal hernias for which my surgery was planned to be performed laparoscopically under general anesthesia. For this purpose, one fine morning in August, I reached the list premier hospital in Karachi. After admission formalities and changing into the hospital gown and trousers leaving all my clothes including undergarments, I was moved to pre-operative holding area where I underwent multiple clinical interviews and physical examinations conducted by various members of the surgical staff. During this phase, a female medical professional—whom I reasonably suspected to be a General Surgery Resident—conducted a targeted physical evaluation of the my groin along with the main leading surgeon who explicitly noted that the right hernia sac had become visibly deeper since the timeframe of the initial diagnosis. As the surgeon was checking the deepness of hernia at the inersection of groin canal and scrotum, due to the absence of underwear, my penis and testicles were also visible to which she exhibited a look of visible curiosity on her face. After the surgeon left to attend an emergency, she continued asking me questions about my compliance with fasting window required before the surgery and how I was feeling She also touched and held my genitalia for a prolonged duration also trying to calm me down saying “it will be alright” with sone strange look.

Around mid morning, I was formally transferred to the Operating Theater (OT). The aforementioned female medical professional was observed present inside the OT prior to the administration of general anesthesia. Once I was completely anesthetized, standard surgical preparation protocols were executed. These protocols included a wide horizontal surgical shave and clipping of the torso spanning from above the navel to the pubic region, as well as a focused surgical shave of the left calf to accommodate the diathermy grounding pad. Concurrently, a urinary catheter was inserted into my urethra, which ultimately remained in place for approximately 11 hours post-surgery.

Following the successful execution of the bilateral mesh repair, I was initially transferred to the post-anesthesia recovery room for a duration of two hours. I was subsequently moved to a routine post-operative private ward located within the hospital’s state of the art designated wing. Upon arrival at the ward at 2:30pm, the I was received by two female staff members, specifically a registered nurse and an auxiliary healthcare nursing assistant. Throughout this period, I remained under the profound residual sedating effects of general anesthesia and heavy post-operative analgesics, which included Diclofenac (Voltral) and Paracetamol (Panadol). This heavy medicinal combination resulted in severely diminished motor control, profound grogginess, and acute orthostatic hypotension, characterized by severe dizziness upon standing. At approximately 10:00 PM, these two staff members removed the my urinary catheter.

Late during the night shift, the aforementioned female medical professional (the suspected General Surgery Resident who I saw in Pre-Operative holding area and later in the OT) entered my private room accompanied by a second female staff member. They brought a Mobile Workstation Cart, commonly referred to as a Workstation on Wheels (WOW), into the room.At that specific time, the on-duty auxiliary healthcare nursing assistant informed me that her shift was closing and that a replacement nurse would arrive shortly. Five minutes later, the incoming nurse arrived alongside her, received a complete clinical briefing regarding my post-operative condition, and the departing nursing assistant left the room. The newly arrived nursing assistant briefly spoke to the other two female staff members, who were actively engaged with their mobile workstation, and then exited the room at approximately 10:45 PM.

Following the nursing assistant’s departure, the two remaining female staff members directed me to change into a fresh hospital gown and trousers. These items had been delivered earlier in the evening by the laundry staff alongside fresh towels and bed linens. After they drew the curtains around my bed, I first removed the gown and then the trouser and stood up to pick up fresh gown and trouser which were lying on the nearby sofa. While I was attempting to pick up the fresh pair, I experienced sudden, severe dizziness and a total loss of motor control, resulting in me about to fall in a violent manner but I immediately held the dinner table causing a plate to fall down to the floor. Hearing this, they rushed into the curtained area, protected and prevented me from falling completely. The impact of of plate falling resulted in the curry and gravy to spill which stained only the personal hospital gown and trousers I had just removed and my thighs along with a highly localized section of the floor. The surrounding bed linens and the room’s sofa and fresh pair of gown and trouser remained entirely clean and unstained.

Due to his profoundly groggy, heavily sedated, and medically compromised condition aggravated by the fall, I felt helpless and physically unable to change into fresh clean garments independently.

Immediately following this incident, they physically seized my entirely nude body by my waist, guided me into the attached bathroom, and locked the main room door from the inside.

The staff members placed me under the bathroom shower to wash the spilled food from my thighs. Concurrently, they wrapped my ower abdominal area in blue plastic sheeting to protect the high, newly formed laparoscopic keyhole incisions.When attempting to transition me, from the toilet back to the bedroom area, after some whispering which I heard as “try kero, kuch nahin karega” they verbally commanded me to remove their personal clothing items, speaking in a mix of Urdu and English. Due to my heavily medicated, confused, and incapacitated state, I was entirely unable to comprehend or comply with the instruction or the exact motive behind it. At that moment, a knock was heard at the main room door. They immediately laid me on the bed.They unlocked and opened the door, allowing the nursing assistant to re-enter. The nursing assistant observed the patient in a completely nude state but exhibited no visible reaction as they informed her about the incindent and they were only helping me. She briefly spoke to both of them again and then exited the room, locking the door behind her.

They came back and placed a hospital towel directly underneath my hips and immediately proceeded to strip themselves of their own clothing. To facilitate this, they checked and drew the room’ Ms window curtain, dimmed the primary room lights, switched on the LED television screen, and slightly increased its volume to mask any sounds.

Prior to making physical contact with me, both of them started engaging in mutual, explicit sexual acts alongside my bed. They began kissing and hugging one another, tightly pressing each other’s breasts and buttocks, and proceeded to systematically strip each other of their garments.

First, they sat on the sofa to remove their sneakers and white-colored socks and then stood up again. I don’t know their names and could not got the chance to even ask from them due to my condition and a bit of trauma. Therefore, I will continue with their fake names.

Tania’s striping (Suspected General Surgery resident from my morning encounter): Meerub (accompanying staff who I did not see before) removed Tania’s surgical cap and gown. Tania herself removed a silver, flower-shaped hair clip, causing her hair to fall slightly below her waistline. Her hair featured distinct golden and dark-brown highlights/streaks. Meerub subsequently removed the navy blue Qameez worn by Tania, revealing a black brassiere. Meerub then moved on to untieling the white string of the Tania’s navy blue shalwar, it initially did not fall, likely due to an additional elastic waistband but Meerub then slid it down below Tania’s hips, causing the shalwar free falling to her ankles so she could step out of it. She was not wearing any panties underneath ... She had fair, white skin, light hairs under her armpits, and pubic hair around her vagina. Her breasts were perky, hanging slightly down, with brown nipples and matching areolas. Her height was estimated to be between 5’5” and 5’6”. She seemed to be around 32 to 35 years old. She wore a gold-like chain around her neck with matching earrings, which she removed later.

Meerub’s Stripping: Meerub removed her blue hairband, releasing her jet-black hair, which extended to just above her waistline. Tania then reciprocated the disrobing by removing the tight pink T-shirt worn by Meerub, leaving her wearing only a white brassiere on her upper body. While Tania sat on the sofa, Meerub stood directly in front of her. Tania unbuttoned and unzipped Meerub’s light blue jeans, sliding them down to her ankles. Meerub then sat on the sofa and removed her jeans completely, leaving her clad only in a white brassiere and a black, see-through panty ... Later, Tania removed Meerub’s white brassiere, exposing large, heavy juggling breasts with dark-brown nipples. Tania then slid down Meerub’s black panty, while Meerub herself simultaneously removed a black bracelet from her wrist. This left Meerub stark naked from head to toe. She had a fair, white complexion, an estimated height of 5’6” to 5’7”, and a distinct surgical incision mark located directly underneath her right breast. She seemed to be around 27 to 30 years old.
